For new clients, Legal Nurse Consultant, Victoria R. Sweet, R.N., will provide up to two hours of preliminary evaluation of a case at no charge.  This is a valuable opportunity for a client to see the advantages of working with a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) on cases involving medical-legal issues.

    Most routine cases and evaluations will take three to five hours, depending on the complexity of the case.

    Specific hourly fees and the estimated time for providing requested services will be agreed to in writing prior to the LNC's work on any specific case.  The Consultant will discuss these particular issues with each client.
