Victoria R. Sweet, R.N.,
Legal Nurse Consultant, is uniquely
qualified to provide comprehensive consulting services in legal matters involving a wide
range of medical issues. She is a seasoned Registered Nurse with more than a decade
of medical experience in hospital and private practice nursing.
Victoria is a graduate of St. John's Hospital School of Nursing in
Springfield, Illinois. Following graduation, she worked throughout the hospital on
the general medical and surgical floors as an R.N. with emphasis in the labor and
delivery, high risk obstetrics and post partum areas. She has also specialized in reproductive endocrinology and
infertility services. During this employment, she became
experienced in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA)
guidelines, laboratory certification requirements and standards of care protocols.
Victoria started LNC in 1997 and has been instrumental in building
cases, finding expert witnesses, elucidating weakness of the cases and educating the legal
team.
